Data Integrity Analyst
General Purpose:
Enters data into computer for subsequent entry and reviews computer input and output documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
Key Functions:
Keeps track of received data and source documents.
Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
Enters data from source documents into computer following format requirements.
Compares data entered with source documents to detect errors.
Makes necessary corrections to information entered.
Compiles, sorts and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
Other Responsibilities:
Keeps records of work completed.
Files or routes source documents after entry.
Responds to inquiries regarding entered data.
Conducts research, complies and types statistical reports.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail, faxes, and other documents when necessary.
Recommends changes in programs, routines, and quality control standards to improve computer operating efficiency.
Provides updates, status and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system and/or clients, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
Handles on-site customer visits as scheduled.
Builds relationships with vendor contacts in order to accurately and effectively handle data.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Backup relief with cellular phone and laptop for Help Desk operations during after-business hours that map against the level of support contracts sold to the resellers' clients. Specific schedules will be assigned.
Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
