Senior Account Executive

Locations: Southeastern US, Northeastern US

Job Description:

This position is for a senior-level IT sales executive with strong IT contacts and current Fortune 1000 customers. You must have experience selling in the IT industry as a reseller to be considered. We are interested in seeing your resume if you are currently working with a Value Added Reseller (VAR) or have recently left a VAR.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development - complete responsibility for prospect-evaluate-propose-close
  • Client Relationship Management - manage relationships with client personnel and CXOs within the client organization and continue to grow account
  • Build sales pipeline, follow up on marketing leads
  • Negotiate with client executives
  • Build a personal sales plan and regularly communicate performance upwards
  • This position will work closely with Unitiv's marketing department. Unitiv drives agressive lead generation campaigns to help fill your pipeline, you will be responsible for following up with those leads.

Skills:

  • This position requires an execution-focused sales executive, experienced in infrastructure-related technology sales
  • Experience working with a technology VAR
  • Established credentials and C-level contacts
  • Individual contributor and positive attitude
  • At least 5 years IT-related sales experience
